Ten (10) lucky locals to WIN a FREE oil monitoring kit from The VAULT! No purchase necessary to win. Exclusive to Taupo locals/those able to pickup and return the test kit to The VAULT at their own expense. Winners will be contacted via messenger to pickup their test kit from The VAULT. Winner must supply new and used oil samples for monitoring (unless using PM404, then only a used oil sample is required). Winners will be selected once The VAULT page reaches 1000 likes and 1000 followers. Winners will be selected from all participants that have successfully completed entry as indicated above. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to The VAULT whose Facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/TheVAULTforPMLubrication. The "Prize" refers to one (1) FREE oil test kit per winner, with ten (10) winners to be selected. Each kit includes two (2) sample bottles to be filled by the winner. Winner must fill one bottle with a sample of used engine oil and the other bottle with a fresh sample of the same brand and grade oil for accurate analysis. Winner is responsible for pickup and drop off of the test kit onsite at The VAULT. Winner must return filled bottles as instructed to be eligible for oil analysis (oil monitoring). Results will be sent to the winner via email unless specified otherwise.​ By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received before The VAULT Facebook page reaches 1000 likes and 1000 followers and the winners are selected. Ten (10) winners in Taupo will be selected by The Promoter once The VAULT Facebook page has reached a minimum of 1000 likes and 1000 followers. The winners will be notified on or after this occurrence.​ The Promotors competition with entry via Facebook are open to residents of Taupo, New Zealand. Exceptions may be made for entries from outside of Taupo if the applicant assumes all responsibility for pickup and drop off onsite at The VAULT as specified. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Facebook is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook by Liking & Following The VAULT Facebook page, with the option to comment/add a photo on the contest post as to which vehicle you'd like to test. The Prize will be awarded to ten (10) selected winners who have liked, followed and commented as instructed. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
